    I really do like, and appreciate the back ground music that’s been added to
    this, and possibly, recent videos. ONly because it adds that work vibe to
    this entire video. Unlike previous videos where it’s just silence, and the
    person working out…but the music helps!! keep it up XD

    Do you mean her shorts? LOL…You can do her workout and perhaps you can a
    “bottom” like her. The more you workout, the fitter and toner your body
    becomes. Trust me, it works. I kept my fitness exercise in routine and
    regularly. I’m almost reaching my goal to have some packs on my stomach :)

    I love the big and open space. The wooden floor. It’s not clustered and

    Can you please do a cardio workout??? Also a lower back toning and

    If I may – I would suggest rice drink about a half hour before your
    workouts. Around 24 ounces of rice drink should be ideal for you. – Fill
    blender, 40%, with prepared/chilled rice. – Add 1 1/2 table spoons of
    instant coffee [with caffeine]. – Fill rest of blender with purified water.
    – Blend for five to seven minutes on high. – Done Prepared rice should be
    10% brown rice and 90% white rice mixed well before heating. If you like
    this recipe, please, pass it on.

    you have terrible form. careful sharing with people and not telling them
    how to do this properly. you keep doing your lunges and squats like that
    and you’re going to destroy your knees.
