    What a great arm, thigh, ab burner. I did it through four times and really
    got a great workout. I’m never completely and utterly out of breath so I’m
    looking just to burn sugar, I am type 1 diabetic, this would not be to work
    out but for slimming cardio and strength this is great.

    As always, love your exercise teaching style and this workout: my feedback
    is this: I am suffering from RA and my joints are feeling VERY achy. A lot
    of the jumping feels so hard to me without hurting me. This is why I tend
    to gravitate towards Exhale Core Fusion, Ballet Bar, Physique 57 where i
    feel and get results but without hurting of the joints. Any thoughts on
    cardio minus joint pain? THANKS Tracy!
