    ohh man I’d die before i could do a second round, my legs get all shaky, Im
    forced to stop. I guess that means I got more work to do on resistance than
    I thought.

    I know that not doing ab workouts is not going to have hood abs or tone abs
    bur I want to know if doing leg workouts and butt I’m going to loose

    It depends how hard you train plus you need to change it up every few
    weeks. Try training your butt and legs for 45 min 3x per week for 2 weeks
    then train for 45min 2x per week for the next 2 weeks. If that seems to
    easy then do 1hr the next time, etc. If you do a lot of weight, like gym
    workouts, you may have to do a little less time. Home workouts tend to be a
    little less intense then gym workouts.
