    The “not letting your knees past your toes” thing is just a myth. If you
    see most experienced, proffesional weight lifter, or body builder, or
    personal trainor…they go past their toes. If you don’t it brings awk
    pressure to areas of you body and could be damaging, especially if you’re
    squatting with weights. Also, it’s practically impossible to do a full,
    good squat (with weights) without going past your toes.

    You’re doing your exercises pretty fast. The slower and more controlled you
    do the exercises, the better the results.

    i’m 14 and i don’t really exercise that much and i am in a pretty good
    shape even tho i eat like a pig.. my point is that i have a big ‘booty’ :p
    and i hate it .. i can’t even put leggings and not make my ass show really
    curvy.. i hate it.. i wish there was like an exercise to make it smaller or
    lose some fat on that area.. some people that haven’t got a ‘booty’ think
    it’s something in trend or look nice.. but i feel abit weird about it even
    tho it might not be anything thatttt important

    An important thing to pay attention to do when doing the clams is that your
    hips are pushed forward. You wont be able to lift your leg as high but it
    does more work for your butt.
