    Oh hai! Have you come across Cobrian Ripped Abs Workout (do a search on
    google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend said they
    had excellent results with it.

    Holla! Have you considered Cobrian Ripped Abs Workout (do a search on
    google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate enjoyed
    worthwhile results with it.

    i remember doing this workout during the summer :) It makes me miss it. I
    hardly ever have the time to workout because of school.

    I like this workout but their recent ones are better. I like that they talk
    you through it, I ended up missing some of these moves because I didn’t
    realise they had moved on haha

    Вчера занималась по вашему видео (и по видео моделей виктории сикрет)
    область пресса болит и это приятная боль).Для реальных результатов нужно
    два- три раза включать это видео и заниматься т.к. на видео очень мало
    повторов.

    talking about strengthening the obliques. If you’re looking to lose weight,
    cardio and a diet plan may be worth looking into

    I wish you guys would remake another version of this video. I was trying to
    follow along with you guys while doing the workout, but because there
    wasn’t any transition and you guys weren’t talking, so not only did I have
    to move quickly to the next position, I had to figure out the correct
    posture and forms myself. :/
