    Definitely a good workout – we should do it more in the calendars! (But
    then again, you have so many videos we should do more, but that would give
    us 2h workouts. xD)

    something is wrong with me today… dunno why my thighs are not as strong
    as they were.. mybe because of yesterday’s workout? or the tuesday HIIT? I
    can’t even hold squats for 10 secs! I used to hold em all the way through!
    and I’m unable to do these cardio workouts and give my 100% because my
    thighs are getting tired too easily but nothing else hurts…
    I guess its just one of those days when you’re a bit weaker than usual…
    I’ll recover :)

    Being out of breath is just a side effect so to speak to the homeostatic
    changes in your body. Because before you were working out, you were still
    and your body was at ease. When you exercise, you are changing up the
    temperature inside the body. So you get out breath (it happens to dogs too,
    google it). So you just tell your mom your body is responding to the work,
    but that doesn’t mean you have to stop. Breathe in and out just like Cassey
    says and you’ll be fine.

    Cassey, you’re like that 1 extra degree…heres how.. and why At 211
    degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water,
    comes steam. And steam can power a train. One extra degree… makes all the
    difference. Love your videos..

    but also in the other end if u do to much off cardio your body will feed on

    I didn’t have weights so I used bananas and I accidentally stepped on one
    with the jumps. oops 😐
