    How often should I do this exercise before I see results? Should I do it 3
    or 5 times a week? And are there any other exercises that I can pair with
    it? Typically I do a full body workout 3 days a week, and cardio 2 days a
    week. However, I need to be ready by June for bikini season. I’ve been
    working out for about 2 months now, but I want to see more results.

    Wow! I did this workout 2 days ago….and my abs are STILL aching. lol It
