    Thanks! Started doing this yesterday and I must say this has been a
    challenge for me. For the longest time, I’ve been doing the beginner 40
    minute strength workout. This is definitely harder than that and I had to
    pause it several times for me to be able to finish through. I’m really
    hoping I fry some fat while doing this.

    I subscribed because I LOVE Anna Renderer <3 She has made me get so fit for
    this Summer! She definitely kept me engaged in all her workouts! and I want

    I find it so funny how the first round was easy, 2nd round was medium and
    3rd round was a KILLER even though the moves were all almost the same, just
    small modifications to make it harder. :p but I loved it anyway! Great
    workout! Thanks for it!!! Xx

    I love the variety on this channel and the fact that Anna (or the guest
    host) really explains the moves so you can have proper form. Also
    appreciate showing modifications and the different body types and women
    shown! I would really like it if you guys would post where you bought your
    workout clothes for each video in the description box. Anna always has
    great style!
